Studio's start from 1.30pm with Natalia and Alberto Cortez, WKSHP 1 and 2 at Thistle Hall, 293 Cuba Street and WKSHP 3 and 4 at Toi Poneke Dance Studio, 63 Abel Smith Street.

7.00 - 9.00pm

Tango Dinner
The HOP Garden

Pirie Street, Wellington next to KFC, and across the intersection from the first Tango Milonga.

Dinner from 7.00pm, bookings essential - send your email to dance@tangofestival.co.nz with 'DINNER' in the subject line. Dinner is not included in the Festival Passes, please pay on the night.

Meet our international guests, join friends from out of town and have a great start to the night!.

Masquerade Ball + Tangosalon Milonga Medialuna

Whitireia Performance Centre, 23 Vivian Street, Wellington Studio T1 - on Level 3.

A Buenos Aires traditional setting - tables both sides of the dance floor, atmosphere and performances from our international Tango couple. This night Milonga includes an Argentine Folkdance from our esteemed Teachers Natalia and Alberto Cortez, the Chacarera, its fun, traditional and everyone joins in. BYO

Inspired after 2 days of Studios, Workshops, and Friday's Milonga??? - tonight greet, meet, embrace, kiss, hug and explore the passions of tango!! MASQUERADE BALL Venice Carnival Style!!!!.........

and just to keep up with Wellington themed Milongas, the Masquerade Ball returns from 2010!
